Sheila was wonderful to work with! This was not out first home buying experience but is intended to be our last, and as such we were very picky about what we wanted our forever home to be. She was very patient with us and showed us many homes in multiple counties we asked to see. When we finally found THE home we were dealing with a difficult lender and she introduced us to Shawn's team with Veterans United who then made the entire process stress free and streamlined with their portal for uploading needed documents and laid out each step of the process. I am so greatful for the whole team of people behind Sheila and Shawn and now we have our forever home! We are over the moon!

We first met Sheila during our home building process in Spring of 2016, and even back then, we knew we wanted her to sell our house if and when the time came. Well, that time turned out to be January 2019. We contacted Sheila near the end of the work week and she made it a point to come look at our property and give us a rough timeline of events to come, and then, within HOURS of her looking at our house, she had photography agents calling us to schedule the pictures for the website listing (which turned out beautiful). After the pictures were posted, Sheila provided sound advice for starting price based on her extensive experience in Richmond Hill in addition to taking our input into consideration. About two weeks later, she had scheduled an "agent caravan" to get honest, unbiased feedback about our house and what we could do to reduce time on the market. Feedback from that event was timely and thorough. From there, she coordinated several showings and sought feedback from the potential buyers and their agents to give us an idea of what they liked and where we could improve. On many occasions, we would bombard her with tons of questions and concerns, and she always replied quickly via either text message, voicemail, or a phone call. After the property was under contract, the process between signing the offer and closing the sale was seamless as she organized the closing documentation and made sure all parts of the contract were satisfied. Her comprehensive real estate experience coupled with clear, honest communication made the selling process a breeze. Sheila and her team are masters of the art and we cannot recommend them enough.

I truly enjoyed working with the company and the staff within it. We managed amazing things in a very short period of time, literally six weeks or sooner and my husband and I are now in our new home. I couldn't have asked for anything more amazing than the experience with Sheila and her staff.

My husband and I were in the process of relocating. We were in GA visiting my brother in law and we took a ride to look at some model homes. We saw about three model homes before we met Erin Fountain. She was super nice and very professional and really seem to want to help. Once we went back home I emailed Erin to establish a communication. I explained to her what our plans were so she knew that our contract had to be contingent on the sale of our home in PA.. once every was done everything went smoothly. We are very happy with the services that Erin Fountain provided. We most definitely will be recommending her and her team.
